A. The cost will depend upon the service you need. Some pests will only require one visit, for example wasps. Rodents can take 3-4 visits to clear completely. We will always confirm the price before work starts.
Q. Do you provide free quotes?
A. Yes, our quotes are free but if we are called out to treat a nonexistent problem a charge of £20.00 will be incurred.
Q. How long will I have to wait for a visit?
A. We can usually visit the same or next day.
Q. Are you discreet?
A. Yes we will be discreet with any pest control problems you have.
Q. Are Pesticides safe to use around children and pets?
A. Pesticides can be harmful if they are not used correctly but we will take every precaution to ensure your safety and will provide you with advice. We always carry out a risk assessment before a treatment takes place.
Q. Will you visit on evenings and weekends?
A. Yes we will can visit on an evening, weekend and even a bank holiday with no extra charge.
Could you sell me with Chemicals/Bait so i can do my own pest control?
A. No, the chemicals we use are only supplied to qualified pest control technicians and can not be supplied to the general public.
Q. I have had treatment by other pest controllers for a problem but none of the treatments have worked can you help?

Yes we provide an insect identification service to request a identification pack please email info@pestek.co.uk we will send you a specimen jar in which you can place the "dead" insect please be care full to make sure it is not squashed we will then contact you with an identification and advice of what steps to take to remove them from your property the price for this service is £9.99.
