1. UK Mainland Orders
We provide free delivery on all orders over £50 to the UK mainland. Orders under £50 are subject a £4.95 delivery charge.
2. Deliveries to Ireland, Highlands and Islands
Deliveries to UK Highlands and Islands cost a little extra (£9.95) and may take longer for your order to arrive.
3. International orders (including ireland and the republic of ireland)
Unfortunately do not not accept orders for delivery outside of the UK at this time. due to the cost of delivery.
4. Timescales
All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will usually be dispatched the same day for delivery before 4pm the next working day. Items ordered after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
We dispatch UK orders by Royal Mail 1st class recorded or by our courier APC Overnight.
The courier will require a signature upon delivery.
Although we offer a next day delivery we can not 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered next day, we always try to despatch the same day, but from time to time couriers do misplace items.
We aim to deliver all in stock goods the next working day. However from time to time delivery may take a little longer. Deliveries to non UK mainland addresses usually take an additional day to arrive. Should an item be out of stock we will aim to inform you the same or next day.
Tracking Numbers available by request. Your item can be tracked online by entering you unique tracking number number on the
APC Overnight Website.
Every effort will be made to get your order to you as quickly as practicably possible but Pestek Online cannot be held liable should any loss occured due to late delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries or loss when the address or details are entered incorrectly.
5.Collections
Unfortunately we do not offer a collection service.
